Rail Game

An online multiplayer tile-laying game inspired by the popular board games Carcasonne, Ticket to Ride, and Settlers of Catan. Players take turns laying tiles, trying to build their own transportation networks while disrupting those of other players.

Web/Mobile application which allowed University of Chicago Students to find and navigate to their class buildings and classrooms by following real-time directions provided by Google Maps API. In the year it was launched (2014), 25% of the undergraduate population used it at the beginning of the academic quarter.

Web application written entirely in vanilla Javascript. Back-end API written in python with the Django framework.

UChicago Virtual Tour

Web/Mobile Virtual Tour of the University of Chicago which allows prospective students and parents to take a self-guided multi-media tour of the campus either on location or remotely.

Developed while working in the Outreach/Admissions department of the University of Chicago. Web application written entirely in vanilla Javascript following the module pattern outlined here.

BuzzFeed Quiz Generator

Simple JavsScript program which allows buzz-feed-like personality quizzes to be generated and included on any webpage based on data from .json files. Developed to allow non-technical team members to write quiz content for use on the UChicago admissions blogs.

APC Key 25 Controller Supercollider Sequencer

Supercollider project for use with the APC Key 25 Controller. Allows user to use the controller as an intuitive sequencer/drum-machine as well as to record new loops/sounds on the fly with an external microphone to be included in the sequence. Accompanied by a simple GUI interface.

Recorded sound for use in the Virtual Reality experience based on Franz Kafka's short novel "Die Verwandlung," which premiered at the Goethe-Institut in Prague in spring of 2018 and is currently touring around the world.
